We employ a small team of staff and we also have a number of volunteers from the local community who enjoy coming to play with the children. We always have at least one member of staff to every 8 children over the age of 3 years and one member of staff to every 5 children under the age of 3 years present during each morning. All staff members hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare, or above. Our manager is a Qualified Early Years Teacher and regular training courses are provided for all staff for their own Continued Professional Development.
